Instruction on Site Safety Reporting Procedure

1. Every site supervisor shall submit a daily safety log before 17:00.

2. Incidents are classified as Level 1 (near miss), Level 2 (injury), Level 3 (lost time).

3. Level 2 incidents and above must be escalated to the HSE Unit within 24 hours.
